Little Lion's Breath: Ages 6-10
This joyful 30-minute class is perfect for younger children or those new to yoga. With a mix of lively music, playful movement, and moments of quiet, Little Lion’s Breath makes yoga fun and accessible. It’s the ideal way for kids to discover yoga through laughter and exploration.
Large Lion's Breath: Ages 10-13
Designed for tweens, this 45-minute class focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and stamina in a way that’s both challenging and fun. We create an environment where older children can build confidence in their physical abilities while also learning to manage stress and emotions through mindfulness practices.


Flex & Focus: Strength & Mindfulness for Athletes
Tailored for teens (but perfect for adults too!), this class combines stretching, strength-building, and mindfulness in an engaging way. Flex & Focus is designed to enhance flexibility, build core strength, and sharpen mental focus. It’s ideal for athletes of all levels, helping to prevent injuries, accelerate recovery, and boost overall performance.
