No Impact, Very Low Intensity, 30 min

If you experience pain in your hands from typing or discomfort in your hips and back from sitting at a computer all day, our Office Yoga class is perfect for you. This class is designed to address the physical and mental strain associated with office work, including high blood pressure, physical discomfort, and the inability to switch off after work. Office Yoga helps you reconnect with your body and calm your mind in a non-pretentious, fun, and safe environment.

Corporate Flow

Low Impact, Medium Intensity, 60 min

Looking for a way to unwind and recharge after a long day? Our Corporate Flow class is designed to increase your heart rate, improve flexibility and strength, and enhance mental clarity. This class offers a meaningful contribution to your physical and mental health, allowing you to return home rested and rejuvenated. Corporate Flow is a great alternative to the gym or a fitness class and is suitable for all levels. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or calm to attend—this is a judgment-free zone.

Loosen Up From Your 9-5

By incorporating stretching, gentle movements, and mindful breathing, Corporate Yoga helps to release tension in key areas like the neck, shoulders, lower back, and hips.
