Humble Beginnings

Our founder, Kristin Steele, began her yoga journey in 2002.  Passionate about her practice,  the beauty of the breath-body connection, and the vast mental and physical benefits of regular yoga practice, Kristin began to share this incredible experience by teaching. 

 

The tiny but mighty studio emerged, a child of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Based in Far North Dallas, the intention of Mindful Motions Yoga is to empower students to trust their inner voice, embrace the courage to step out of their comfort zone, and unearth meaningful growth.
