Led by our dedicated instructor, Kristin, whose deep expertise and keen eye for detail empower students to discover new depths in their yoga practice. With a focus on cultivating happiness, health, and strength, Kristin guides each individual towards a more harmonious life, one mindful breath at a time. I joined Mindful Motions over a year ago as a way to incorporate yoga into my regular exercise routine.

 

It's been amazing from both a fitness and mental perspective and the community is awesome too! Kristin has a variety of class offerings which allowed me to join classes appropriate for my level, desired intensity, and style. She incorporates music and I like her cue-ing style... not too much, not too little.

 

The teachers provide modifications based on individual injuries/difficulties and also challenge us with new poses that continually prove we can do more than we thought. The environment is very approachable, making it easy to join as a newcomer.

 

I attended the November 2021 Mindful Motions Emergence Retreat in Mexico and I'm hooked! It was honestly one of the most impactful experiences of my life, and I can't wait to do it again!
